How long does delivery take?

We pack and ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after that, and you get a tracking link by email. Shipping is $4.95, or free on orders over $89.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over 89 kr. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Can I return my order?

You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll send you return instructions. Opened personal care items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payment methods enabled in our checkout are shown when you continue to payment. Payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify.

When do the other rooms open?

We open one room at a time, once we're happy with the products in it. Tap a room marked "Coming soon" and leave your email to hear first.
